Gabriel Baca was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is proud to still live and work in South Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and completed his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all state courts within the State of Florida as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Florida.
Gabriel’s legal experience includes complex products liability litigation, personal injury litigation, life insurance disputes and wrongful death. While in law school, Gabriel interned for senior trial counsel at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and gained valuable experience in learning how to build high-profile cases from the ground up.
Gabriel has been involved in many high profile cases over the years while working at the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, and successfully litigated many cases to trial or settlement. He has a lot of experience handling life insurance interpleader lawsuits, pressure cooker injury lawsuits, group home wrongful death claims, negligent security litigation involving apartment complex shootings and sexual assault or rape claims, and personal injury litigation involving various negligence counts, like theme park injuries, trip and fall claims and slip and fall claims.
An avid traveler and fan of what our world has to offer, Gabriel loves to dive into new cultural experiences in an effort to broaden his horizons and views of the world. He enjoys reading and writing and is also fluent in Spanish.
