Let Us Fight for the Money You Deserve!
The Law Offices of Jason Turchin is proud of those who achieve success through adversity. We fight tirelessly to help victims of negligence and their families.
Accidents often create a sudden, unexpected burden on not only the victim, but on their family. Accidents can also create physical, emotional and financial strains on the victim and family.
Caregivers and accident victims play an important role in helping to recover from a sudden accident. Whether it is building strength through physical therapy to heal injuries, or finding strength to move forward after a fatal accident, these victims deserve support from those of us who recognize that they did not ask to be in that difficult situation, yet found the strength to move forward.
This is why we extend a special scholarship to those who were injured in an accident, whose immediate family member was injured, or those who lost an immediate family member in an accident.
The Law Offices of Jason Turchin is a Fort Lauderdale-based victim’s rights law firm who represents victims of car accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and crimes throughout the entire state of Florida. We are dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured victims and families who lost a loved one due to the negligence of another. Attorney Jason Turchin has handled more than 4,500 accident, injury and wrongful death cases. Jason and his wife Kira are extremely philanthropic and believe it is important to help others and give back to this community. They are also the founders of Betty Cares, a not-for-profit charity that supports caregivers of children in the hospitals, including Miami Children’s Hospital.
