About Our Firm

At the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, we represent the victims. Our practice is limited to representing victims of accidents, personal injury, crime and wrongful death throughout Florida, New Jersey, Washington DC and New York. We work on a contingency fee, which means you do not have to pay us anything out of pocket to handle your case. We also waive all fees and costs if there is no recovery. If you were injured or a loved one was killed as a result of someone else’s negligence or carelessness, we don’t believe you should have to pay money out of pocket to get representation.

Our main office is located in Weston, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale, and we are available by appointment at several locations throughout Florida, including Miami, Key West, and Orlando, and in New Jersey, Washington DC and New York.
