Meet Our Founder: Jason Turchin, Esq.

Jason Turchin is an experienced litigator, passionate victim advocate, and innovative entrepreneur. He grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Before starting law school, Jason gained critical early experience working for Steir, Anderson and Malone, analyzing complex civil claims arising out of white-collar criminal acts.

Jason then attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Jason worked alongside prominent attorney Roy Black on behalf of a client accused of a complex internet-related crime. Through tireless efforts and strategic evidentiary challenges, their client was found ‘not guilty’ at trial. This foundational experience in high-stakes litigation cemented Jason’s passion for the law.

After achieving a high score on the Florida Bar Exam, Jason was admitted to practice law in Florida. His jurisdictional reach rapidly expanded, and he is now admitted to the Washington D.C. Bar, the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and several Federal district and appellate courts across the country.
