In the Community
Our office prides itself in giving back to the community. From clothes and holiday gift donations, to fundraisers and raffles, we try to help other victims enjoy the things we take for granted. Here are some of the organizations we’ve helped:
- Salvation Army
- Mother’s Against Drunk Driving
- Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation
- The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
- Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families
Jason grew up in New Jersey and went to college at University of Maryland, College Park. During college, he majored in criminology and criminal justice. Before starting law school, Jason worked for Steir, Anderson and Malone on civil claims arising out of white collar criminal acts.
Jason attended University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree. He achieved a high score on the Florida Bar Exam and was soon after admitted into the Washington DC Bar as well. He was later admitted to practice in New York, and several Federal Bars throughout the country.
During law school, Jason began working with attorney Roy Black on behalf of another attorney who was accused of an internet-related crime. Through tireless efforts and evidentiary challenges, the attorney was found ‘not guilty’ at trial.
Jason has always had a strong passion for victim advocacy which he carries with him today. He prides himself in trying to help victims against large corporations, insurance companies and perpetrators who injure or kill people as a result of negligence.
Our vision is simple. You, as the victim, did not ask to be in this situation. The least we can do is care. We hope to get you answers, justice and compensation if someone caused or contributed in any way to your injuries or loss of a loved one.
