Florida Product Liability Lawyers

Florida product liability law may hold the manufacturer and seller of a dangerous or defective product legally responsible for any injury or death caused by the product. In the case of burn injuries, any consumer burned as a result of the defective product may be entitled to recover money for their pain and suffering, as well as payment for their medical care.

What To Do If Burned By A Matco Charger

If you were injured by a Matco charger, you should stop using the product. You should also preserve the product and hold it in a safe place until your case is resolved.

If you were injured, you should seek medical care as soon as possible. Caring for your injuries can help prevent long term problems or scars from developing.

Replacement Chargers

You may be entitled to a replacement if you have a Matco charger for free. Contact Matco to see what your options are. If you were hurt, you can report that to Matco as well.

Burn Injury Claim

If you were injured as a result of your use of the Matco charger, you may have a product liability claim. A Florida product liability claim may entitle you to:

  • Medical expenses – A company whose product causes you injuries may entitle you to have your medical expenses paid for by the company. Like a pressure cooker claim, you could have significant expenses for your burns.
  • Lost wages – If you lost work because of your injuries, the company who made or sold the product may be responsible to pay you for your lost wages.
  • Pain and suffering – If you were burned by a defective product, you may be entitled to compensation for your pain and suffering.
